铜包钢既有铜优良的电导率和耐腐蚀性，又有钢的高强度性能。在一定高频信号传输时，钢的高磁导率使电磁波在钢一铜界面上的反射效应的特点，其阻抗和回波损耗都小于同截面积的实心铜线。
This bi-metal has exceltent electrical conductivity and corroslon resistance of copper as wel as high-strength performance of steel. When certain high—frequency signal transmits, the high per-meability of stee brings the reflection effect of the electromagnetic waves on the steel-copper interface, and the impedance and return oss are less than the soiid copper with the same cross-sectional area.
